Within Australia, and International we deliver all our orders via Australia Post.
Your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders over A$150 will enjoy free shipping in Australia. Otherwise, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95. Express Post shipping is optional at $12.95 flat rate and can be selected at checkout.
Free shipping does not apply to returns and exchanges. Please enclose a prepaid return satchel for your exchange (regardless of your original purchase order value). Thank you.
POTENTIAL SHIPPING DELAYS
We endeavour to have your items despatched from our warehouse within 5 working days if not earlier.
From time to time, we may run low on stock of popular items and be required to wait for delivery from our suppliers. In such instances, we will contact you. If the time frame is not suitable, we will refund your order.
Please do note that during busy periods such as Christmas and sale times, there may be delays in shipping times.
