Within Australia, we deliver all our orders via Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and CouriersPlease.
Orders over A$100 will enjoy free shipping in Australia. Otherwise, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95. We reserve the right to request for a non PO box address in the event that we have to use our courier service instead of Australia Post.
In regard to parcels over 500grams that we send via Fastway and CouriersPlease we as a rule, request signature on delivery. If you do not wish to have signature on delivery please specify in notes when placing your order.
We endeavour to have your items despatched from our warehouse within 5 working days if not earlier.
Please do note that during busy periods such as Christmas and sale times, there may be delays in shipping times.
