Position: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Dulwich Hill, Sydney
Hours: 24 hours per week

As a Retail Sales Associate at Urban Cachet, you'll bring your extensive retail experience to provide exceptional customer service while assisting our valued clientele in curating their wardrobes. We're looking for someone who not only possesses a deep understanding of retail operations but also shares our enthusiasm for fashion and dedication to helping customers of all body shapes feel confident and stylish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your expertise to assist customers in selecting clothing items and accessories that complement their style and body shape.
- Provide personalised styling advice and recommendations, ensuring each customer receives individualised attention and support.
- Skillfully operate the point-of-sale system, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation, ensuring a neat and organised environment that reflects Urban Cachet's brand aesthetic.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings, sharing your knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a retail shop assistant, with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems.
