The Holiday Lugano dress in. Caribbean feels so glamorous when you wear it. This is my first time buying this style of dress with a drop under the bust, but it won’t be the last. The fit is great and the feel of the fabric is soft and comfortable the best feature is the tassels on the sleeves. I bought this dress to wear to my son’s graduation and it was perfect.
